Samuel Li CEO, Co-Founder As CEO, Mr. Li is responsible for ClearSight's growth strategy worldwide. Samuel is also responsible for the vision and business strategy of the company's network monitoring and analysis solutions. Mr. Li has more than 15 years of experience in network management, troubleshooting and network infrastructure equipment design. Prior to co-founding ClearSight, he was the chief product architect at Network Associates, Inc. (NAI), where he was responsible for overseeing NAI's technology and the company's long-term technical vision. In addition, Mr. Li led the engineering team's development on the next generation Sniffer® product line. Prior to NAI, Mr. Li co-founded Cinco Networks, where he was chief product architect. In this capacity, he directed the development of the industry's first Win32, fully GUI, protocol analyzer. In 1997, Network General acquired CINCO Networks. Mr. Li has also held senior engineering positions at Cisco Systems and Hughes LAN Systems.
Jonathan L. Green COO, VP Finance and Operations Mr. Green comes to ClearSight Networks with over 25 years of financial and operations management experience in the test and measurement sector. Most recently the President and CEO of Embedded Performance, Inc. ("EPI"), Mr. Green previously served as EPI's CFO and COO. Prior to his service at EPI, Mr. Green held VP Finance and Operations positions at Biomation Corporation and Outlook Technology. Before entering corporate service, Mr. Green was an audit partner with the firm of Coopers & Lybrand.
Jeng Long Jiang Chief Technology Officer Mr. Jiang is a co-founder of ClearSight Networks, with over 10 years prior design experience in the application and network management space. His previous experience includes managing technical projects for NAI, where he led the design team for the next generation Distributed Sniffer. Mr. Jiang was also a co-founder of Cinco Networks, where he served as its Chief Application Architect prior to Network General's acquisition of Cinco. Prior to co-founding Cinco, Mr. Jiang was a senior development engineer at The Wollongong Group.
A. William Berkman Jr. VP, Corporate Business Development Bill Berkman has been involved in the Information Technology industry for more than 35 years and has served in executive management roles within the test, measurement and networking sectors for more than 20 years. His broad base of experience within these sectors has led Mr. Berkman to focus on M&A activities in recent years. In addition to his role with ClearSight,
Mr. Berkman is president of Toyo United States Holdings and serves on the board of directors for numinous companies including Embedded Performance, Inc., Pacific Nanotechnology, Inc., and Netformx, Inc. as chairman of the board.
Bo Han VP, Sales Mr. Han is responsible for executing the company's sales strategy, improving sales processes and increasing sales in US and EMEA regions. He brings over 10 years of experience in the Network/Application analysis, troubleshooting and design industry and has a strong track record of driving sales growth. Prior to joining Clearsight, Mr. Han helped build the LANRescue service, one of the most successful rapid response professional consulting teams in Japan. Since 1996, LANRescue has helped scores of Japanese customers with their application/VoIP problems.
Steve Wong VP of Marketing Steve Wong brings nearly 10 years of test and measurement experience to his role as the Vice President of Marketing for ClearSight. Most recently, he was the Director of Product Marketing for Finisar, where he led product marketing and business development initiatives for the company's storage and consumer electronic test tools. Prior to Finisar, he was responsible for product management at Anritsu, where he drove initiatives to develop SONET/SDH and Ethernet/IP technologies for the company's LAN/WAN analyzer and traffic generation test platforms and solutions. He began his career in investment banking at Bear Stearns. Steve then served as a member of technical staff at AT&T Bell Laboratories. He also has worked in the fields of brand marketing, publishing, e-commerce, consumer package goods and management consulting. Steve holds a BA in computer science from New York University and a MBA with concentrations in marketing, finance and economics from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University.
Mike Morford Director of Engineering Mike has been with ClearSight for over five years as both a Lead Engineer and Manager. He has been a major contributor to all releases of ClearSight Analyzer portable and distributed. Prior to ClearSight, Mike was a Senior Developer specializing in GUI interfaces for consumer products including Compton's Interactive Encyclopedia and worked as developer and manager for many other consumer products.

Masaru Gomi Director Masaru Gomi is has over 25 years of leadership experience in the communications industry.
Mr. Gomi is a director on the Board of Directors of Toyo Corporation, headquartered in Tokyo, Japan. Since 1953, Toyo has specialized in sales and distribution of advanced electronic measurement systems imported from the United States and European countries. For many years, Toyo has been a leading provider of protocol analyzers for translating and analyzing communication messages and of network performance testers for evaluating the performance of network instruments, both of which are widely used for the development and maintenance of communication networks. Mr. Gomi joined Toyo in 1979. During 25 years of distinguished employment, he rose through the ranks from junior sales engineer to general manager of the Information & Communications Business Unit to the Board of Directors. While at Toyo,
Mr. Gomi was responsible for defining goals and formulating plans, strategies, and policies for the company, as well as its worldwide subsidiaries.
James Jordan Director
Jim Jordan has served as an independent management consultant to ClearSight since his retirement from Spirent Communications in December of 2005. Mr. Jordan has 46 years of executive management, sales and marketing experience for high technology companies. As a key member of Netcom Systems' founding executive team, he brought Netcom from a $2M startup to over $50M in revenues in less than four years. Mr. Jordan also played a critical role in the successful acquisition of Netcom by Spirent Communications in 1999, and went on to lead the creation and operation of a multi-national sales force for Spirent as its vice president, world-wide sales. In that role, Mr. Jordan successfully integrated diverse channels and sales groups from six acquired companies into a unified 240 person world-class sales organization closing over $400M in annual sales.
